To upload your presentation for an event on VoiceBoxer, all the slides need to be saved as separate images.

PowerPoint to images

If you have your PowerPoint presentation open in MS Office PowerPoint do the following to convert the slides to images:

For MacOS users:

  1. Click on ‘File’ button on the menu bar on your top left corner on the screen
  2. Click on ‘Export…’ or ‘Save as Picture’ from the drop down menu (depending on your MS Office version)

  3. On the bottom of pop-up window remember to check the ‘File Format’ and change it to ‘JPEG’ from the drop down menu

  4. You can also choose if you want to ‘Save every slide’ or ‘Save current slide only’
  5. Press on ‘Export’/’Save’ button to finish
  6. Your slides are now saved as images in your chosen location

For Windows users:

  1. Click on ‘Office Button’ or ‘File’ button on the menu bar on your top left corner on the screen (depending on your MS Office version)
  2. Click on ‘Save as’ from the menu
     

  3. On the bottom of pop-up window remember to check the ‘Save as type’ and change it to ‘JPEG’ from the drop down menu

  4. Press on ‘Save’ button
  5. A pop-up window will show asking if you want to save the current slide or every slide in the presentation as a JPEG file. Click on the button for the preferred output.

  6. Your slides are now saved as images in your chosen location

PDF to images

There are 2 ways suggested to convert PDFs into images.

  1. Use Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop to convert PDF into images.
  2. Use online converters by searching ‘PDF to JPG’ or ‘PDF to image’ on a search engine and and follow the instructions on the page.
