(Please contact the organiser of your event to see if Closed Captioning is enabled since it is an optional add-on feature. You can also contact support@voiceboxer.com for more information)

  1. When you use the closed captioning function on VoiceBoxer you get a text version of the spoken part in the event. If you are part of an event with the captioning function enabled you can activate the captioning by clicking on ‘Captions‘ to the left of your language button:

2. If you want captioning activated you just click ‘Show‘ in the captions menu. Once clicked it will highlight ‘Shown‘:

3. If you wish to disable the captioning you just click ‘Hide‘ and the text is hidden on the interface. It will reappear if you click on ‘Show‘ again. Remember to choose your preferred language on ‘Your language‘ in order to get the captioning in the correct language.
