When having events on VoiceBoxer you can either use your own interpreters or we can help by selecting interpreters for you from our database and network of professional language services. For this process, we require some information and specific details about your event:
Required information (received ideally 2 weeks in advance before the event):
- Date, Time, and Time Zone
- Duration
- Languages needed
Event details (received 1 week in advance before the event):
- Topic and event description
- Agenda, presentations, glossaries and other reference documents (received at least a couple of days before the event)
